Reordering Your Workout

If you've created an advanced workout in which you pick all the exercises and arrange them, you may want to reorder them at some point. There are a couple of ways to do this.

Pre-workout

You can reorder a workout at any time by editing it.

On the main screen, locate your workout and tap the edit icon in the upper right-hand corner.

The edit option is in the upper right-hand corner, or long-press the box.

Once on the edit screen, you can re-order the exercises by pressing and holding the "grips."

Intra-workout

You can also change your workout once you've started. If you press and hold the white workout step, you can drag it up and down.

If you update your workout, Rubber Bands will prompt you to update it. However, you can choose not to.
