Rubber Bands differs from most apps that "support" resistance bands. Instead of treating bands like generic small, medium, large, extra large, it treats bands like real workout equipment with specifications that help you select the best bands for an exercise and track your progress in terms of volume.

When you set up bands, Rubber Bands requires:

  • Name
  • Color
  • Tension
  • Length

For some people, this is confusing because they are not used to thinking of bands in these terms. Or just don't know what to put.

The Smart Band Importer is designed to address this issue.

Smart Importer

You can now paste a product URL for the bands or simply provide a description of the band set. Using AI, Rubber Bands will search the web, gather the information, and let you easily import the bands.
